Aside from music, Boosie is a serial entrepreneur. The Baton Rouge native has found his way into several projects over the last couple of years, and one of his recent ventures has him taking the plunge into the sports world.

Boosie, alongside business partner Walik Gibson, has launched Syndicate Marketing & Sports Management. The two made their business venture official in late 2020. Boosie is the company's chief executive officer, while Gibson assumed the role of COO. The company focuses on PR, branding, management, and talent development.

When asked what it has been like working with Boosie, Gibson, a Tuscaloosa, AL native, said, "It's all family. The crazy thing about it, everybody hears the songs and the rap and a lot of negativity sometimes, but they don't understand this man has his hand in everything. From water to his own fragrances, to his own app, the list goes on and on. He's one of the smartest guys I've ever met."

In November, Boosie warned the sports world of his arrival, with Walik serving as his secret weapon. Syndicate has professional hooper Michael Beasley, MMA fighter Dustin Lampros, and 7-year-old football phenom Baby Gronk on their roster as of right now.

Baby Gronk was the first client Boosie signed, and he commented on the young star, stating, "He’s just a total athlete that I’d never seen before at seven or eight years old. He was the perfect fit. He has a good parental system behind him. He’s a star. He makes me happy, man."
