First Lady Melania Trump delivered a prepared address to the American people as the Trump administration winds down its time in the White House. While Melania's husband oversaw one of the most controversial and unconventional presidencies of the modern age, her remarks to the country urged everyone to choose "peace over violence" ahead of the Jan 20 inauguration.
Melania didn't explicitly say anything about the events on Jan 6 and used much of the latter half of her address to promote her "Be Best" initiative.
