Draymond Green passionately expressed his emotions on the chaos that unfolded at the U.S. Capitol building on Wednesday. Following the Warriors' 108-101 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers, Green used the attack on the Capitol to address the issues of race and policing in America.

"I think it was ridiculous," Green said. "It's baffling to see the reaction that the law enforcement had and whoever else was involved from an authoritarian standpoint. To see the National Guard standing on those same steps when there was a peaceful protest, to now see a terrorist attack and no National Guard it just goes to show you where this country is, where this country has always been, and where it's going to stay, to be quite honest. Nothing's changed."

The Warriors forward also addressed the recent news that the cops involved in the Jacob Blake shooting will not face charges.

"Ironically, the news that's come out of Kenosha and these places the same 24-hour span and then you see that -- it's a slap in the face and a f*** you to every Black person in America who goes through these things," Green added. "It's almost like they want to show you they have power. They want to show you 'I can say f*** you and there's nothing you can do about it.' That's just what this country is, what this country's been, and like I said before, what this country probably will stay."

Green also highlighted the differences between how law enforcement responded in D.C. and how law enforcement reacted to Black Lives Matter protests.

"At some point, we need lawmakers to change laws," he continued. "It just goes to show the policing system was built against Black and Brown people. That's the reason those reactions are different. That's the reason someone can bust their way through to the Speaker of the House's office and put their feet on the desk like they're sitting at home on their couch and nothing happens."

Green especially took issue with the way Trump supporters were covered and labeled by the news media. He demanded that those involved with yesterday's riots stop being labeled as protesters and referred to the group as terrorists.

"Protesters are what you saw when we saw 500 National Guard members standing on those same steps when there were Black and Brown people saying, 'We want to be treated equally.' That's a protest," Green said. "Storming into a building and busting out windows and carrying out podiums, that's not a protest. That's a terrorist attack. So stop. Stop describing those people the same as someone who stands there and says, 'We want justice, we want peace.' Stop using the same word. It's disrespectful. It's ridiculous to call them protesters. They're not f****** protesters, they're f****** terrorists."
