In 2004, Weldon Angelos—a producer for Snoop Dogg, was arrested after selling $350 worth of weed to an undercover cop while possessing a firearm. As a result, he was sentenced to 55 years in prison. Angelos reportedly turned down a 15-year plea deal and was hit with 13 charges that he was convicted of. Now, news surfaced noting that Weldon Angelos has been pardoned by Donald Trump.

Snoop Dogg spoke on Angelos’ matter in 2017, saying, “He had to provide means for his family and himself. It wasn’t like it was a violent crime he was committing, he was just hustling.” Angelos spoke on the news of him being pardoned via IG, saying: “Feels great to have been fully pardoned by the President of the United States. Now it’s time for more pardons and commutations.” Take a look above.
