Lil Tjay’s star power has been rising, but it seems he may have caught the attention of the police recently during a video shoot that went down in New York. In footage that surfaced via the rapper’s IG live, he could be seen being confronted by NYPD and being searched. Many people surrounding the rapper pulled out their cameras to document the situation, while others screamed in the background. The IG live shows police trying to make their way into the rapper’s car as well.
It was noted that police did not end up arresting the rapper, and the police did not give a reason as to why they searched the rapper. Watch above.
