Bill Cosby recently spoke to Daily Mail about arguing his case before Pennsylvania's Supreme Court earlier this month in a bid to have his 2018 conviction for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, 47, overturned.

Speaking about the December 1 court date, Cosby told Daily Mail that he is "very, very hopeful," that his appeal will be successful and that he'll be released in the New Year. Cosby added that his team is "not declaring a win," but adds that he's happy that 'the world got to hear and witness what mainstream media refused to publish, which was the truth and the facts."

Cosby has spent the past two years at SCI Phoenix, where he's taking serious precautions amid the coronavirus pandemic. Cosby has been tested daily for the virus, and he added, "As of now I have declined to take any showers and I have decided to take wash-ups in my cell. This is the best way for me to stay safe and healthy."

Cosby then urged people to "Take plenty Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc, Magnesium, B12, and Elderberry Syrup because we must save lives from this invisible monster…in every city in America. Together we will survive because we are Americans, which makes us resilient."
