Famous Dex has reportedly checked into rehab after fans expressed concern for his well-being this past weekend.
The Chicago rapper uploaded a video on Instagram Saturday and didn't seem in a sober state. In the video, Dex is seen rapping to new music while showing his new "Sad" and "Love" tattoos. The rapper later tweeted, "I don't wanna smile no more," which prompted fans and viewers to help him seek help.
According to AllHipHop, Famous Dex has checked himself into rehab. While it hasn't been confirmed what addiction he's being treated for, the rapper has been suspected of struggling with drug use during his career.
Last year, Famous Dex suffered a seizure while performing in Los Angeles. In November, NLE Choppa pleaded with Dex's record label to get him some help. Dex responded to NLE Choppa's request by writing in a social media post, "He cares, at least somebody cares. He didn't say nothing wrong, at least somebody cares. I just wanted to say I really appreciated the love and support, but the world on drugs and I look mighty dam fine."
According to reports, Dex was taken to rehab after Saturday's post on his Instagram which has been cleared of all posts.
