Previously, Trey Songz revealed he tested positive for COVID-19. Since then, the singer took to Ohio to have a concert at an indoor nightclub. The club allegedly violated COVID-19 health orders for the concert, though, as 500 people were in attendance at the venue this past Saturday. As a result, the Ohio nightclub where the show was held was cited for numerous violations related to COVID-19.

Aftermath nightclub in Columbus got a violation for disorderly activities, and improper conduct after the 500 people in attendance were reportedly seen not social distancing and sharing alcoholic drinks. Along with that, the venue reportedly had no barriers in place that pushed for social distancing, and employees were not wearing masks according to the Ohio Investigative Unit.

A Unit commander named Eric Wolf said, “Basically, it was just a concert environment. If you had taken that event and put it in 2019, it would have been pretty much the same concert, the same event that was taking place last night.” Because of the concert, the Unit reportedly referred the case to the Liquor Control Commission, who could possibly fine the venue or suspend the liquor license for the club.
