Previously, news surfaced noting that Pretty Ricky’s Spectacular Blue Smith was arrested after allegedly punching an employee at Disney World. Now, reports noted that Smith has been banned from Disney World “effective immediately.”

The incident reportedly occurred last Monday, and Smith was arrested for battery. As a result of his arrest, Smith has been banned from stepping foot on all Walt Disney World Resort properties in Florida. Stay tuned for more details.

News of entrepreneur and Pretty Ricky group member Spectacular Smith's arrest made the news on Tuesday (December 1), and he spoke out on Instagram about the one-sided reports over the incident.

It was reported that Smith was arrested for hitting a Disney World employee on Sunday (November 29) over an altercation that stemmed from Smith jokingly shouting "coronavirus" after pretending to sneeze. After being asked to leave several times and being blocked from entering a ride, Smith allegedly hit the employee.

He responded to the claims on his Instagram stories, writing, "The more success you have as a black man, the bigger target you are. The media will put out a one-sided story even without facts, because they enjoy demonizing our culture and bringing us down. It’s sad." 

Smith added, "However, when you know your rights, you know that you have the right to remain silent and right to have a lawyer present before giving a statement. With that said, there’s 2 sides to every story and since this story is bigger than me and the color of my skin, I’ll wait till my attorney gives the green light. Thanks for your support. Love. Ps: Y’all know my character."

According to reports, Spectacular Smith, entrepreneur and member of the group Pretty Ricky, was arrested for allegedly hitting a worker at Walt Disney World on Sunday. Authorities say Spectacular was entering the line for a ride at Disney's Animal Kingdom when he pretended to sneeze, after which he shouted, "coronavirus." 

The Disney cast member asked him to leave twice after the fake sneeze, but Smith refused. The cast member then tried blocking Smith from moving forward in the line. Smith proceeded to punch the worker twice. He was later arrested and charged with a misdemeanor battery charge.
