Multiple reports say Tay-K is facing additional legal trouble after being accused of stabbing a prison guard. Having already been sentenced to 55 years in prison for his role in a home invasion and murder, the rapper will have more time added to his sentence if found guilty.

After receiving his sentence in July 2019 for the home invasion and murder, the Arlington native was indicted on a capital murder charge, in November 2019, after being accused of shooting and killing a man during a robbery in a Chick-Fil-A parking lot in April 2017.

As a result of this incident, Tay-K fled and was wanted in a national manhunt. During that time, he released the viral track "The Race." Stay tuned as the story develops.
