Lil Wayne and Denise Bidot seem to be on better terms after a rumored breakup following Wayne's endorsement of Donald Trump.
After initial reports claimed Bidot broke up with Wayne for his photo with Trump, she dispelled the rumors and said Wayne broke up with her over their political differences. Wayne responded to the media attention by issuing a cryptic statement on Twitter.
"I live the way I love and love the way I live," Wayne wrote. "I'm a lover not a lighter bekuz they burn out. I am an eternal fire and burning love, either leave with a tan, a 3rd degree burn, or stay and die in love. You're sweating. Sincerely, the fireman."
In the aftermath of Joe Biden's victory over Trump, The Shade Room reported that the pair are following each other on Instagram again. Currently, Bidot is the only person Wayne is following.

Since Lil Wayne and Denise Bidot sparked breakup rumors after the pair unfollowed each other in the wake of Lil Wayne's Trump endorsement, many have reported that Denise is the one who ended the relationship.
It's now being reported that Lil Wayne is the one who broke up with Denise after she posted an anti-Trump hashtag on Instagram. On Sunday, she allegedly posted a picture on Sunday and encouraged her followers to vote with a hashtag that read, "#notrumpforme." Denise followed up that post with picture of Wayne in her Instagram Story and a caption that read, "let me be clear this my king i love him."
Wayne reportedly saw the post and unfollowed her before kicking her out. Denise confirmed part of the story on Tuesday when responding to reports that she broke up with the rapper.
When a Twitter user retweeted a story saying that Denise broke up with Wayne for endorsing Trump, she responded to the post and wrote, "I did NOT! This is absolutely false."

Lil Wayne’s time spent with Trump along with a co-sign on the current president’s “Platinum Plan” caused many to go against the rapper’s move. However, it wasn’t expected that the rapper’s girlfriend would react. According to reports, Lil Wayne’s girlfriend Denise Bidot has unfollowed the rapper on Instagram.
