Recently, it was revealed that Jeezy and T.I. agreed to participate in a ‘Verzuz’ battle against one another. The face-off between the two is scheduled for November 19. However, Jeezy recently revealed that he was open to the possibility of a Verzuz against another Atlanta rap heavy hitter—Gucci Mane.

While on ‘The Breakfast Club,’ Jeezy spoke about the release of his latest album ‘The Recession 2,’ and the conversation shifted to his upcoming Verzuz against T.I. Jeezy noted that when Swizz Beatz first reached out to him, the plan wasn’t always for T.I. to be his opponent.

Jeezy said, “Swizz called me, and I was like, if I do [Verzuz], there's only one person I'd do it with. He was like, 'who?' I was like 'Gucci.' Reach out to him, let me know what's up.” Jeezy went on to say “I reached out, Swizz hit back and said he respectfully declined. Cool. Done. Kept it moving, I was gone do it for the culture. We could have did it for the culture. Hung up the phone three minutes later, that's when I seen my brother [T.I.'s] video calling me out. We could have done it for the culture. I'm in, it's whatever." Watch above.
