NBA YoungBoy and his crew are under investigation for allegedly beating a man in the garage of a studio in Katy, Texas earlier this month, according to TMZ.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office in Texas told TMZ that NBA YoungBoy went to the studio on October 5 to work with the unnamed man, who brought along his girlfriend. Once at the studio, the man was told that his girlfriend wasn't allowed inside, which set things off. The man claims that when he went into the garage at the studio, NBA YoungBoy and his friends jumped him and placed a plastic bag over his head. The man says he was pistol-whipped and kicked during the incident, and the man added that he caught a glimpse of YoungBoy when the bag was taken off of his head. The man told police that he feared for his life after seeing a body bag in the studio that he was told they were going to put him in it.

The man also stated that NBA YoungBoy FaceTimed his manager during the incident and told him, "I got him here." The manager then allegedly told the rapper to release the man because he didn't need to face more legal trouble after beating a case. The man was then driven to his house and taken to the hospital by his mother and girlfriend. He suffered some cuts and bruises, but no life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made in the case, as officers are still investigating. More details to come.
