After T.I. accepted Jeezy's Verzuz challenge, the official event has been set to occur on November 19. The battle between two of Atlanta's heavyweights will kick off the second season for Verzuz, which began at the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic to provide a creative outlet for artists and fans. Tip and Jeezy join a pretty illustrious set of battles that have included DMX and Snoop, Brandy and Monica, Rick Ross and 2 Chainz, Erykah Badu and Jill Scott, and Patti LaBelle and Gladys Knight, to name a few.
