He explained that he started running when it started, and Lil Sheik says he heard Lil Tutu scream out. When the ambulance didn't arrive promptly, Lil Sheik revealed that his mother took Lil Tutu to the hospital, and he was still alive. However, he didn't survive his surgery and passed away, which Lil Sheik says "devastated" him.
