A video of TikTok star Bryce Hall has gone viral after he was seen getting into an altercation with a restaurant server at a Los Angeles eatery. This comes a month after Bryce was involved in another altercation outside of Mel's Diner on Sunset Boulevard.

According to TMZ, the incident happened on Monday (October 19) at Cinco Mexican restaurant near LAX. Bryce was reportedly asked to stop vaping, which is illegal at all restaurants in L.A., and the social media star allegedly refused to stop and blew smoke in the server's face. Bryce and his friends were then told to leave the restaurant, and when the server went to run his credit card, things allegedly went left.

A witness claims that Bryce threw the first punch at the server, but Bryce claims that he was compliant with leaving the restaurant until the manager refused to give back his card and tried to drag him away. Bryce also claims the manager kicked him in the groin, and he added that he only put the manager in a headlock while defending his friend.

The server who was involved in the altercation wants to press charges, adding that he suffered a potentially broken hand and a bruised face in the incident.
