Original 09/22/2020 11:28am:

Previously, Kodak Black revealed that he was being denied access to a rabbi, but now the rapper has reportedly gone all-out and sued the Federal Bureau of Prisons, along with the director and the warden of Big Sandy, where he is currently doing time. In the lawsuit, Kodak claims his rights were violated, and he’s been tortured since he got to the facility a year ago.

The rapper mentioned an incident in the lawsuit where guards at Big Sandy allegedly beat him up when he got there, held him down, and were “flicking his testicles” while the beat down happened.

Kodak also noted guards at the facility punish him for no legal law enforcement-related reason. One of the ways Kodak says the guards punished and humiliated him was by making him wear a backless paper gown for six hours with no access to a bathroom, which allegedly caused him to pee and defecate on himself. Kodak noted this happened while the guards laughed at him. Kodak’s lawsuit aims to have his legal fees covered, and he is ultimately looking to be placed in a lower-security prison.
