Singer Diamond Blue Smith, also known as Baby Blue of Pretty Ricky, noted that he was facing serious time in prison after he was accused of being involved in a $24 million Paycheck Protection Program Loan scam.
The singer was accused of falsifying documents to get a COVID-19 relief loan through the program, and also was accused of purchasing a Ferrari with some of the money. Since then, Baby Blue took to the internet to share the extent of the charges he’s facing in a now-deleted post that shows off his fit for the court date. The singer responded to a screenshot of his post on The Shade Room, which originally was captioned “Wish me luck. Seeing the judge in 30 minutes.”
Baby Blue responded by saying “Had a good 1st day in court. Facing life in prison but #ImInnocent - Everything ain’t always what it seems.” Take a look above.
