Previously, Tory Lanez released his ‘Daystar’ album, and the rapper addressed allegations of shooting Megan Thee Stallion while going down the line and dissing everyone who had something negative to say about him. The rapper has been facing backlash for his timing with the project, as it only comes days after the announcement was made in relation to the Breonna Taylor shooting case. Previously, Bun B was very vocal about the situation between Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez, even going as far as calling out Lanez. Now, Bun B has given his take on the release of the ‘Daystar’ album via a re-post on social media.
Via his IG stories, Bun B posted text that said “First Daniel Cameron gives that Bulls**t Decision about [Breonna Taylor] Murders, NOW Tory Lanez Makes a Dis Record about Megan after he shot her... Black Men We Gotta Do Better.” Because of the backlash to the release of his album, Tory Lanez and his team has reportedly donated a portion of the album’s sales to the Breonna Taylor Foundation.
