Courthouse surveillance footage shows an Ohio man escape his sentencing for meth possession on Tuesday. Nickolaus Garrison, 33, remains at large since fleeing the hearing after being found guilty of aggravated possession of meth and was sentenced to a year in prison. Garrison darted out of the courtroom after the judge handed down his sentence.
As Garrison slipped away down the staircase, an officer attempted to apprehend him by diving down the stairwell. However, instead of nabbing Garrison, the officer walked away with a concussion and four broken ribs.
