In 2019, footage surfaced of rapper DaBaby allegedly pushing a hotel employee into the wall in what looked to be a heated altercation. The incident went down in December 2019, and now it appears a lawsuit was filed against the rapper.
Christopher Pocasangre filed a lawsuit against DaBaby, the entertainment company the rapper is tied to, and his management for the alleged incident. Pocasangre claims he asked the rapper for a picture while he was working at the Marriott, but was denied. However, the man tried to get a picture anyways. DaBaby allegedly demanded the employee delete the picture, but the situation escalated from there as the rapper followed the man and pushed him into the wall.
