Kanye West’s run for president ran into some issues when the Wisconsin Elections Commission denied the rapper’s petition in a 5-1 vote after he missed the deadline for filing papers to be on the Wisconsin presidential ballot by a matter of minutes. Since then, Kanye West has sued Wisconsin after being rejected from the ballot. Now, news surfaced, noting a judge rejected West’s appeal to be on the 2020 presidential ballot for Wisconsin.

Brown County Circuit Court Judge John Zakowski said, “The court believes at the time a grandfather clock rings out five times is the moment it is 5 p.m. Any time after that is precisely that: after 5 p.m.” This comes after West bragged about making the ballot for ten states last month, only to be booted from Virginia’s ballot since then.
