Reports surfaced, noting a Florida woman named Ashley Spencer was accused of trying to hire a hitman to take out the woman she claims her husband was allegedly having an affair with.

Police reportedly got a call from a person who was concerned for a correctional deputy with the Brevard County Sheriff’s office, and the person told police that Spencer asked if any felons were willing to do a “job” for her. Spencer allegedly told the person she had a gun and wanted to harm one of the women, who is a corrections deputy, along with their child. From there, deputies monitored a phone call between Spencer and the person, and Spencer allegedly said she wanted to hire a person to break into the woman’s home and tie everyone up so she could hurt them.

Spencer reportedly met with an undercover ATF agent who suggested she bring a revolver to shoot the woman. Ashley Spencer allegedly agreed to pay the undercover agent 2,000 dollars for their help, according to police.

33-year-old Ashley Spencer was reportedly arrested while at work by the Brevard County Sheriff’s office for solicitation to commit first-degree murder. Along with that, she was charged with solicitation to commit occupied burglary with battery.
