--------
Saigon described shooting his first gun at 12-years-old after trading his gold bracelet for one. The gun had no clip, so he started doing armed robberies with no bullets until a failed attempt at robbing a cab driver. He was able to get bullets from a store, but they didn't have a clip to his gun so he proceeded to terrorize "the neighborhood with one bullet."
At 16, Saigon was charged with three felonies after beating up a man and shooting up his car just weeks after being released from juvie. After spending seven months in jail, he took a plea deal for one of the charges and chose to take five years probation rather than spend one more month in jail. However, he shot two people a few weeks later after an altercation at a club. Saigon fled to Virginia before getting caught a few months later and sentenced to six years.
