This past Friday, Cardi B released her anticipated single, "WAP," featuring Megan Thee Stallion. The music video already has over 60 million YouTube views and continues to trend. Besides two of the hottest female rappers coming together for a record, the music world was also buzzing about the music video's cameos.

Many music fans expressed excitement over Cardi B and Meg Thee Stallion featuring some of today's up-and-coming female artists in the new video. The video featured cameos by Normani, Rosalia, Rubi Rose, Mulatto, and Sukihana. However, many criticized the video's most famous appearance.

While Kylie Jenner's appearance was hinted at ahead of the music video's release, viewers were still left wondering why Kylie's cameo couldn't go to another popular female artist. The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star's appearance drew so much criticism that a petition was launched to edit her out of the video. As of Monday, the petition has already collected over 65,000 signatures.

Cardi B decided to explain her reasoning for including Kylie in a series of since-deleted tweets.

"Why did I put Kylie on my music video? She treated my sister and daughter so lovely at her kid bday party,' Cardi B said.

Cardi B further explained her relationship with the Kardashian/Jenner family by adding that Travis Scott and Offset and are close and that Kris Jenner has been giving her business advice.
