Takeoff is being sued by a woman claiming he raped her at an L.A. party back in June. The woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims Takeoff stared at her during the party and made her uncomfortable. She also claims he offered her weed later on, but she denied.
According to legal documents, she claims that she was going upstairs with the man who invited her to the party as the Migos rapper was walking down the steps. She then says Takeoff became upset and argued with the man she was with.
Jane Doe says she stepped away from the argument and decided to wait in the bedroom. She alleges that Takeoff entered the bedroom and began touching her inappropriately. After refusing his advances, she says Takeoff forcefully pushed her face-down onto the bed and began raping her and left the rooms immediately after.
According to her filing, she went to a nearby hospital the same day the incident occurred and claims the hospital staff can confirm physical evidence of forceful rape.
Jane Doe is suing for sexual battery, assault, emotional distress and wants damages. The LAPD is also investigating Takeoff for the incident.
