Terri Thomas was arrested for aggravated assault after attacking an elderly woman at a STAPLES store. Surveillance footage surfaced allegedly showing the 25-year-old attack Margot Kagan, who had asked her to pull her mask over her mouth.
The footage shows Thomas approach 54-year-old Kagan, who recently had a liver transplant, and toss her to the ground after Kagan tried to fend Thomas off with her cane. Kagan suffered a fractured shin that the cops say will require surgery.
Thomas was released after her arrest and is due back in court on August 24th.
