Update: Judge Permits Nicki Minaj's Husband to Attend Birth of Their Child

According to TMZ, Kenneth Petty had his request granted to attend the birth of his and Nicki's child. A judge altered the travel restrictions on Petty's pre-trial release conditions making it possible for him to travel with his wife. As part of the new travel conditions, Petty will be permitted to travel with Nicki on certain business trips as her manager and for the birth of their child.

Nicki Minaj's husband Kenneth Petty has filed documents to request to attend the birth of their child, according to TMZ. 

Petty was arrested after failing to register as a sex offender in California, and he would like the judge to alter some of his pretrial release restrictions. He is asking to be able to travel with Nicki as her manager while she attends business meetings and to also attend the birth of their child if she goes into labor outside of his curfew hours. 

So far, U.S. Attorney's Office and pretrial services office don't oppose his request and it's up to the judge to decide if Petty's request will be approved.
