According to reports, an alleged murderer named Pablo Robledo escaped from the 12th floor of the Oklahoma County Jail. The 34-year-old and his cellmate Jose Hernandez broke a window before throwing out a long line of tied bedsheets out the window to escape.

The Oklahoma City Police Department said the incident occurred around 5:25 a.m and that Robledo was not found. However, Hernandez reportedly broke his leg and was caught by officials before he was taken to the hospital.

The escaped alleged murder has been at the Oklahoma City County Jail since June 2019, and is facing charges that include misdemeanor domestic abuse, battery and assault, and first-degree murder.
