According to reports, rapper Juelz Santana is currently facing a lien over unpaid bills as he remains in prison over attempting to board a plane with a firearm. Bossip reports that Juelz has failed to pay the maintenance fees associated with his New Jersey condo. The Courts of Glenpointe Condominium Association have accused him of failing to pay his homeowner's association fees for two years. The association claims he owes $18,099 for unpaid fees from July 2018 through March 2020, in addition to another "$9,375 for “accelerated” maintenance fees through the end of the year, lawyers' fees, special assessments, and late charges – for a total of $33,577."

Juelz bought the condo back in 2005 but since his prison sentence, there has been difficulty in keeping the property out of foreclosure. A judge has not yet ruled on the lien. Juelz Santana is scheduled to be released from prison in February 2021.
