A delivery man for DoorDash barely got away with his life after trying to make a drop off to a customer in the middle of a shootout.
According to a GoFundMe that surfaced from the reported DoorDash employee Eric Hayes, the incident went down in Detroit, Michigan, and the man’s wife noted that he was just trying to make a delivery and was not intended target in the shootout. Along with that, the man’s wife said her husband lost his job as a result of COVID-19 and that he did not deserve that.
In the video, the delivery man can be heard saying, “I’m just trying to drop off the food.” Along with that, he said, “I almost f**king died” in disbelief. Watch above.
