In this clip, David Jassy details an incident that took place in November 2008 when he was in his car with his girlfriend when a man started banging on the hood of his car. He explained that after getting out of his car and having an argument with the man that turned physical, he drove off. Jassy was arrested the following day, where he was told that he ran over the man as he was leaving, and the man, John Osnes, was dead. Jassy went on to explain how he was given $1 million bail and how the judge determined that the case was manslaughter, not murder, which you can hear more about above.
