Jodi Kavney, the mother of XXXTentacion's half-brother Corey Pack, is suing X's mother, Cleopatra Bernard, claiming that Bernard cut Pack out of the estate. According to TMZ, Kavney claims Bernard "cut a deal with XXX's baby mama" that helped cut Corey out of the estate. Kavney is now seeking to recover assets she claims were "improperly and surreptitiously transferred" by Cleopatra to herself.

Documents state that XXXTentacion left behind assets in excess of $50 million, and he left his entire estate to his mother, who gets a 50% share, while his two half-brothers, Corey and Aiden, each get 25%. Kavney is suing Bernard for $11 million in damages and may triple the amount if she can prove that X's mother acted intentionally. She also claims that Corey should be entitled to ownership rights to X's record label, Bad Vibe Entities.
