Former NBA star Stephen Jackson took to Instagram to speak publicly about the recent death of his "twin," George Floyd, who died after an officer was seen kneeling on George's neck. Jackson revealed that he had kept in touch with his childhood friend, and he added that he recently sent Floyd some clothes after he relocated to Minneapolis to start truck driving.

Jackson stated in the video, "Floyd was my brother. We called each other twins, bruh. Everybody knows me and Floyd called each other twins. My brother was only out there in Minnesota, he was trying to change his life." He later added, "I can't let this ride, dawg. Ya'll not going to be mad until it hits ya'll front door. Bullsh*t."

Jackson also shared photos of Floyd over the years, including a post that reads, "The love is diff when u really wanna see your brother win. Twin was really living through me. He was talented in 2 sports and the difference between me and bro was I had more opportunity than he did. 2 things we have in common both from the bottom and both of our names will live forever. U will remember the name George Floyd. Love u twin. Rest Easy. Love to all who have love for all. I mean that."
