According to multiple outlets, former Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Telvin Smith has been arrested and charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor. Police first investigated Smith on similar charges back in November after receiving "information regarding a case of Unlawful Sexual Activity with Certain Minors." The former pro reportedly turned himself over to law enforcement as SWAT and CSI technicians rummaged through his Florida home.
Jail records in Jacksonville show that Smith was processed at 5:20 p.m. ET. and had his bond set at $50,003. Despite the seriousness of the charges, the 29-year-old doesn't seem too worried about the case if his mugshot is any indication.
