Lil Baby recently dropped ’My Turn,’ which ended up being his first #1 album. The rapper’s run in the last few months has caused many to rock with him, with Lil Wayne going as far as saying the QC rapper is one of his favorite out right now. Despite the accolades and success, the lockdown across the country due to the coronavirus has caused much of the music industry to be at a standstill for now. Because of that, Lil Baby hopped on Instagram Live and started sharing some of his thoughts.

While on IG Live, Lil Baby said his only options right now are going to the hood or getting on Instagram. He noted that he doesn’t want to be back in the hood, so it’s IG for him. He then pointed out that he told his label he needs $5 million, or he’s going back to the block. The rapper said, “I told my label they need to give me $5 million or I’m going to hustle, f**k it. Give me $5 million or I’m doing what I do.”
