The coronavirus has become a worldwide issue, as many countries have been on lockdown to avoid further spread. New York has been at the center of the conversation, as the state has seen a massive amount of coronavirus cases. However, despite the risks, people have still been gathering during the pandemic, and even going as far as having parties. According to reports, police busted up a party that was taking place at the eNVee Barbershop in Canarsie section of Brooklyn this past Sunday.

The raid went down around 10PM and police found a basement with over 50 people partying. It was noted that 60 summonses were issued by cops for social distancing violation. Along with that, two people were arrested in connection to a gun police found at the party.

A man who was being held by cops at the scene claimed he was a cameraman shooting a music video for the large group. However, police are flat out saying the party was held with “no purpose.”
