A Florida man was caught peeking through someone’s home and reportedly masturbating before being confronted. The owner of the home can be seen confronting Brown before the man ran off. A 38-year-old man named Jamal Michael Brown was arrested after the whole incident was caught on a Ring security camera.
Brown was charged with prowling, loitering, and voyeurism, which are misdemeanors. Brown was booked and ultimately released on a $4,500 bond. Watch above.
