Conor McGregor is set to make his return to UFC action with his upcoming bout against Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone at UFC 246. Not to overlook his veteran opponent, McGregor spoke with ESPN about other matches he has in mind and other past options that were on the table. For starters, McGregor mentioned he had an opportunity to fight Manny Pacquiao but the timing wasn't right. He is open to fighting him down the road, however.

But Conor also called for a rematch against Floyd Mayweather. Needless to say, the bombastic McGregor said he'd beat the undefeated boxing legend this time around. "I know I'd beat Floyd if we rematched and when we rematch... It was supposed to be me boxing, then we'll do a mixed martial arts bout. That's what was said, and it came out of his mouth as well. It was not written, but it was a verbal agreement."
