Wu-Tang Clan affiliate and rapper Shyheim whose debut album AKA The Rugged Child which dropped in 1994, is now a free man after serving five years in prison for manslaughter stemming from a 2014 incident where he crashed into the car of bakery worker Felip Avila Olea. Shyheim subsequently fled the scene but went on to turn himself in and pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter. 

Shyheim took to Instagram following his release and shared a photo with him and his daughter captioned, “Been waiting so long for this moment!” He added, “Finally free spending time with my daughter @skyedances and family via my personal page.”
