According to reports, Bill Cosby made his way to a Pennsylvania court with hopes of getting his sexual assault conviction overturned. The comedian’s team made the move after dealing with a past judge who they claim convicted Cosby and didn’t give him a fair trial. They also say the trial was full of errors.
Reuters noted that the trial will consist of a three-judge panel and both sides will have 15 minutes to deliver their case. The 15-minute time limit also includes room for questions the judge could possibly ask. If the judges decide against dropping Cosby’s conviction, he will stay in prison and finish out his three-to-ten year sentence
