T.I. recently caught a wave of backlash for telling Ladies Like Us hosts Nazanin Mandi and Nadia Moham that he takes his 18-year-old daughter to the gynecologist yearly to check that her hymen is intact. T.I. stated, "Not only have we had the conversation. We have yearly trips to the gynecologist to check her hymen. Yes, I go with her."
Since then, Nazanin and Nadia have apologized for their "knee jerk" reaction to T.I.'s comments, as they could be heard laughing during the interview. They also revealed that they have taken the episode offline amid the controversy. You can read their full apology above.

T.I. is stirring controversy after recently admitting that he takes yearly trips to the gynecologist with his 18-year-old daughter Deyjah for virginity testing to ensure her hymen is intact.
Tip made the admission during a recent episode of the Ladies Like Us podcast with Nazanin Mandi. When speaking about having the sex talk with his daughters, T.I. stated, "Not only have we had the conversation. We have yearly trips to the gynecologist to check her hymen. Yes, I go with her."
Tip continued to explain the situation, revealing that he accompanies his oldest daughter to the gynecologist and has her sign documentation to share the results of her pelvic exam. He also revealed that when the doctor spoke to him about other ways the hymen can be broken, Tip replied by stating, "So I say, ‘Look, Doc, she don’t ride no horses, she don’t ride no bike, she don’t play no sports. Just check the hymen, please, and give me back my results expeditiously.'"
He then added, "I will say, as of her 18th birthday, her hymen is still intact." You can hear his full statement above.
