R&B veteran Tank caused more than a few eyebrows to be raised after his comments on Angela Yee's podcast Lip Service. Within the first five minutes of the conversation, Tank tried providing a thought-experiment to show how a man who has lied twice shouldn't be considered a liar. Angela quickly countered with a scenario of her own, “So, let’s say a guy sucked a d**k one time,” adding, “Let’s say twice,” prompting the ladies in the room to question whether the man should be considered gay.
In order to follow his original line of logic Tank answered: “He sucked a d**k once, right? Then, he’s like I’m not sure if I liked it or not. Let me try it again, and then he says, ‘You know what? ‘It’s not for me. Don’t like the taste.’ See what I’m saying?”
Tank added, “It doesn’t mean he’s gay. It means he sucked d**k twice. The art of being gay is being gay. It’s a continuous state of being.”
