Nivea opened up to VladTV about getting divorced from The-Dream without a prenup, and she explained that they were truly in love and not thinking about a prenup when they got together. She then added that they split their furniture and a few other things, and Nivea revealed that she also got alimony.

She explained that it wasn't because they didn't want to, it was because they weren't able to go in the kids' school as they pleased or out in public without causing a big scene.
