According to reports, Birdman's Citibank accounts are being garnished as a result of his unpaid court judgment of $1 million to his ex-employee. The Blast reports that the ex-employee, Nicholas Jose Penzo, had Citibank subpoenaed claiming that Birdman had money stored with the bank and was looking to have it turned over.
Penzo was awarded $1,069,876 last month and is looking to collect. Yahoo reports that any money Birdman has with Citibank will be seized and turned over to Penzo.
