Recently, Nancy Pelosi made an announcement that impeachment proceedings against Trump would be happening, which has led to some interesting tweets and statements from Trump since then.
Now, it appears Trump has acknowledged that there are enough votes to get him impeached. While speaking to the press at the White House, Trump said Democrats “unfortunately have the votes” to impeached him but also noted that his fellow Republicans would acquit him and stop the effort to get him out of office. Trump said, “They've taken away our rights. They're all in line. Because even though many of them don't want to vote, they have no choice. They have to follow their leadership.
