This comes after an attorney for Tekashi's alleged kidnapper compared the Brooklyn rapper to actor Jussie Smollett, claiming that Tekashi staged the 2018 attack for attention.
Tekashi spoke on the kidnapping incident in the past, and he claimed that he thought he was going to die. Photos emerged of the rapper in the hospital after news broke of the incident, showing Tekashi with injuries to his face.
