During the latest episode of The No Chill Podcast, Gilbert Arenas shared a story Kobe scoring 55 points on Jordan and the Wizards during the 2002-2003 season. Arenas explained that Kobe was fired up after Jordan told him that he could wear his shoes but he'll never be able to fill them.

He explained, "In Washington, Jordan gets that win. Jordan hits (Bryant) on the butt and says, ‘But you’ll never fill them.’ You’re never gonna fill these shoes — that’s basically what he was telling Kobe. So they say Kobe didn’t talk to the team for two weeks. Like, he just went silent, but he was on one million. It was what (Jordan) told him (that drove him). He’s a psycho."
