Previously, it was revealed that New York prosecutors were looking to use R. Kelly’s medical records against him in his case. Now, it was revealed by Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Geddes that R. Kelly exposed several women to STDs. Kelly specifically exposed those women to herpes, which his team previously said there was no evidence to back those claims. However, Geddes is saying the victims who were reportedly exposed have proof to back what they are saying.

Reports surfaced noting that New York prosecutors are planning to use R. Kelly’s Uber and Medical records against him in court.
Documents that surfaced show that prosecutors collected flight records that go back the last few years, and also got other travel records related to the singer’s travels and various “Jane Does.” Along with that, prosecutors also collected Kelly’s Walgreen records, “Quality Urgent Care” records, and credit card statements for the associates of the singer.
