As an homage to one of his Airness' fiercest rivals in the '90s, Jordan Brand will be releasing a New York Knicks themed Air Jordan 3. The sneaker will feature a white, old royal, university orange, and tech grey color scheme. The tongue will also sport "04.08.88" which refers to the classic Bulls x Knicks matchup where MJ, hampered by a stomach virus, dropped 47 in what was later dubbed "The Virus Game."
The Air Jordan 3 "Knicks Rivals" are set for a September 21 release at $190 retail.
